When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by January 2, 2027.
Can children attend the wedding?
To keep the ceremony and reception more intimate, our wedding will be adults-only, with the exception of breastfeeding babies. For guests traveling with children under 13, we’ll be providing childcare services during the event so you can relax and enjoy the evening with us.
Can children attend the welcome party?
Yes! Children are invited to the welcome party. We’re excited to see everyone and spend time with your families before our wedding day.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We recommend arriving at 3:00 PM so you have time to park, find your seat, and get settled before the proceedings. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM.
What is the dress code?
The wedding ceremony and reception will be black tie, and the welcome party will be smart casual. Please visit the Dress Code page of our website for full details on what to wear for each event.
What will the weather be like?
March weather in Estes Park can be unpredictable. We’re hoping for a snowy winter wedding, but we recommend checking the forecast before you travel and coming prepared for cold weather, snow, and winter driving conditions.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Cocktail hour may include access to the outdoor patio, but guests will also be welcome to move inside if it’s too cold.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, both the welcome party and wedding reception will have an open bar. If you would like to tip the bartenders, we recommend bringing cash.
Can guests park overnight?
Yes, guests may leave vehicles overnight at the venue if needed. However, we highly recommend carpooling when possible, as there will only be approximately 10 guest parking spots available. Any parking spots marked with suite or cabin numbers are reserved for onsite lodging guests. Any vehicles left overnight must be picked up by 10:00 AM the following morning.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged, so please keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony. For the rest of the wedding weekend, including the welcome party, cocktail hour, and reception, you’re welcome to take photos and share them.
When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?
The reception will end at 10:00 PM, and guests will need to depart the venue at that time. We will not be hosting a formal after-party, but guests are welcome to continue celebrating on their own afterward.
